The onefooddialer ("The Application") is owned and operated by M/S Futurescape Technologies Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", or "our")]. By using the Application, you ("User", "you", "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").
The Application provides software services for businesses operating on a subscription model basis, particularly in the food industry.
You agree to pay all subscription fees upfront to activate the services. These fees are non-refundable, even if you cancel your subscription before the end of your billing period. Subscription fees are subject to change based on economic requirements. You will be notified in advance of any changes to your subscription fees. You are responsible for renewing your subscription upon its expiration to continue the service.
The billing cycle of your service(s) will start from the date when we share the login credentials of your admin panel & website URL with you (Backend & Front End).
Subscription charges have a limit on the number of orders that can be processed. An order processing fee will be levied on each order, which is non-refundable. This fee applies even if orders are canceled or rejected after being placed, regardless of which party initiates the cancellation or rejection.
We take the privacy and security of your data very seriously. We will not share your data with any third-party applications without your explicit consent. However, we reserve the right to disclose your personal data as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process.
The Application is provided on an "as is" and "where is" basis. Any requested customizations or modifications to the Application will incur additional charges, determined based on the scope of work required for the customization. These are treated as one-time development charges and are separate from the subscription fees.
All costs related to the maintenance of the Application and associated server costs are included in your subscription fees. This does not include any costs associated with the customization or modification of the Application.
Subscription fees do not include any taxes. You are responsible for all applicable taxes in your region.
The Application integrates with various third-party payment gateways for the convenience of the onefooddialer Business Users. They can promptly receive payment from their customers. We are not responsible for any failure of transactions, transaction fees, or any other issues arising from the use of these third-party payment gateways.
Email notifications are included as part of the Application's services. However, other forms of notifications, such as SMS or WhatsApp notifications, are not included in your subscription fees. These additional notification services will incur extra charges, which will vary depending on your region of service.
We are a software service provider and are not responsible for the delivery of food or any other goods or services associated with your use of the Application.
The Application is provided on an "as is" basis. In no event shall the Company be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential damages or any damages whatsoever, whether in an action of contract, negligence or other tort, arising out of or in connection with the use of the Application or the contents of the Application.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. You should check these Terms periodically for changes. By using this Application after we post any changes to these Terms, you agree to accept those changes, whether or not you have reviewed them.
We collect information to provide better services to all Users. The types of information we collect depend on your use of the Application and the services you use.
We use the information we collect to provide our services to you and make them better, develop new services, and protect the Application and our Users.
